SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is Microsoft’s answer for customers who wish to create, publish and manage interactive printed reports with ease and then have them delivered to their users who can view them in any format, whether on a website, on their mobile devices or their email inbox. You can also publish a variety of other content such as KPIs, Excel and Power BI files using a central web-based portal.

 

Besides reporting services, other products in the Microsoft SQL Server include data integration and data quality components, a relational database management system and Analysis Services (SSAS) as a multidimensional database.
